Every client is unique. The guide below gives a general idea of what a one-on-one hypnotherapy plan might be like, but it's important to remember that everyone's needs are different. The standard programme consists of three sessions with optional follow up sessions, however some people find what they're looking for in just one or two sessions, while others need more time.
Natasha works with each client to create a personalized plan that fits their specific goals and challenges. Together, you'll create a path to positive change and personal growth.
This first session is all about setting the stage for your personal transformation journey. We'll discuss common misconceptions about hypnosis, ensuring you feel completely comfortable and in control as you familiarize yourself with how hypnosis feels for you. During this first session, we'll focus on building powerful resources within you to address the issue at hand. This initial work can often lead to incredible breakthroughs and insightful discoveries that pave the way for lasting change. Some people find significant progress in just one session. However, for those who need more time to unpack and address deeper layers of the issue, the second and third sessions offer invaluable support to solidify your transformation.
Building on the foundation of your first session, we'll explore how the initial discoveries and breakthroughs are integrating into your life. This session provides an opportunity to delve even deeper into the dynamics and root of your challenge. Depending on your progress, we'll either address the issue using a more symptom-focused approach or, if you're ready, work with advanced techniques to explore the challenge at a profoundly deeper level. The second session offers another powerful opportunity for even more significant breakthroughs, further solidifying your desired positive changes within you. Together, we'll continually tailor your journey based on your progress to help you achieve your goals.

Depending on your progress on the challenge, we can either continue the work of the first two sessions, unearthing the deepest layers of the subconscious programs and beliefs that lie at the core of the issue, potentially stemming from a time beyond conscious recall. Alternatively, you can use this session as an opportunity to begin a new chapter in your journey. By the end of this session, you will have gained profound insights and the tools you need to propel your transformation journey forward. Some may find they need no further sessions and others may find that they wish to continue this profound transformation in other areas of their life.
